If you're looking for a really cool music festival that can offer something new to the audience, this year’s OFF Festival edition in Katowice, Poland, might be one of the best options for summer festival. It will happen from 7 to 9 of August and the line up is completely off the hook.

Deep in the luscious scenery of Poland’s near-city countryside, megastar lineups of the left-of-mainstream world crank out rock, punk, indie, metal, neo-folk and anything distinctly alternative for a devoted following unlike any other in Poland.

One of Eastern Europe’s biggest and most respected music events, OFF Festival boasts a stature that enables organiser Artur Rojek to handpick his lineup each year. And yet, OFF is also well known as a place to find lesser known acts, as well as creative and brilliantly unique arts and film.

Programme includes The Residents, Hailu Mergia, psychedelic Polish act Władysław Komendarek, Acid Arab, Future Brown, Girl Band, Sun O ))), Golden Teacher, Kenya's stars Ogoya Nengo & The Dodo Women’s Group, Patti Smith gra „Horses“, Peaking Lights' new Acid Test project, Sun Ra Arkestra and much more. Don't miss also a little part of the awesome L.I.E.S. Records crew, which features in the 3 days festival names like Ron Morelli, Steve Summers, Bookworms, Low Jack, Shawn O'Sullivan.
