The philosophical concept of Musica Universalis (also known as ''Music of the Spheres'') argues that proportions in the movement of celestial bodies contain a form of music within themselves, that is, however, inaudible to the human ear. Instead, it concerns the principles of harmony through vibration on a Universal scale, that affects the quality of life on Earth.
Musica Universalis might remain unknown to us, but the sferics, tweeks and whistlers coming out of our own planet have already been heard. The human race is unwillingly creating them by serving purposes such as radio transmission. We are unaware of these sounds because we can not perceive them. But if we were, would we try to control, create new ones or even mute them entirely?
Somnoroase Păsărele is a project based on everything, but particularly on freedom. 'CO' is a compilation of tracks speculating the odds of consonance and dissonance uniting and becoming one ultimate law that will rather define harmony than dictate it. If there is something that remains ''warm'' and human-resembling on this avantgarde work of music liberation, it should undeniably be the process of hearing, limited only to the range of frequencies one can perceive and, thus, produce.
In perfect conditions, ''CO'' has the quality of escaping the sound source that plays it and leak back into the entire Universe.
