‘Mirapolis', the fourth album of French electronic music producer Rone, is set to be released on November 3rd on InFiné Music. The twelve tracks each are in their own way a slice of life of the `creatures´ residing in an utopian city carefully built by Rone.

The cover artwork designed by French film and music video director Michel Gondry, reflects the offbeat dimension of this new album. 'Mirapolis' illuminates electronica, short-circuits dancefloor mechanisms and shakes up the indiepop genre. With a similar modus operandi to the one he used for his debut album `Spanish Breakfast´, which he produced solo in his attic room in Paris, Rone searched for isolation and travelled to Brittany and Baie de Somme to sketch 'Mirapolis’.

Besides John Stanier and Gaspar Claus' trio on this track - all part of Rone's memorable concert at the Philharmonie of Paris in January 2017 - Rone has also opened wide the doors of his exciting new ‘Mirapolis' to his long-time friend, Bryce Dessner (The National guitarist), spoken-word poet Saul Williams, Israeli electro-pop sensation Noga Erez, Blonde Redhead vocalist Kazu Makino, Basque chorus girl band Botsgehio, and London singer-songwriter Baxter Dury.
